Very unprofessional service. The company failed to unload the cargo at night as promised, and we had to urgently arrange our own truck and movers at extra cost. Communication was rude and unhelpful. Be careful before trusting this company.

Very disappointing and suspicious experience. We communicated through the company’s official WhatsApp number listed on their website, and payment was sent directly to their official QR code. Later, invoices were issued under a completely different company name, which makes this business look fake and misleading. Because of their actions, we had to hire our own truck and additionally pay extra for movers from our side. The staff communicated very rudely and unprofessionally throughout the process.
